If she would keep her knees together and her panties on she would not have this problem. I know California is the land of fruits and nuts and this just proves it. America has been slding into the abyss for decades now, I am ashamed to be an American. I am a white male and my wife and I lost our son to left ventrical hypoplasticy and would give anything to have him with me now. If this girl was a poor black girl she would get 20 years. Apparently justice is NOT colorblind.
