Ryan McFadyn, one of the Duke lacrosse players under investigation for rape (see earlier post), has been suspended for sending an email to friends that is just over-the-top psycho, proving that you don't have to be all that bright to get into Duke University.
“I plan on killing the bitches as soon as the(y) walk in and proceding [sic] to cut their skin off,” wrote McFadyen, a 6-foot-6, 225-pound Atlantic Coast Conference honor roll player who was one of five Duke players from the exclusive Delbarton School in Morristown, N.J., adding in vulgar terms that he would find the act sexually satisfying. The e-mail was signed with McFadyen’s jersey number, 41.
According to the woman pressing charges, McFadyn is not the name of any of her three attackers.
Assuming the allegations are true, if he isn't one of the attackers, he's still one of 44 others who stood around and watched it happen.

What's disturbing is your presumed guilt of any, let alone all, of the lacrosse players. District Attorneys were all over the news today stating that in the same position as DA Nifong, they would not pursue this case because of the lack of evidence.
Its actually not even logical that you assume the alleged rape would occur in a setting where people could sit around and watch.

First, the only comments I've ever deleted were spam.
Second, your last statement leads me to believe that you're A) a moron or B) very young or C) both.
I will admit the possibility that they are innocent, however, people have been convicted of rape without DNA evidence--maybe your weren't watching TV that day...
