She's Baaaaaaack

Well, here I am again, after an approximately 6 month hiatus.

During that time, I've said goodbye to a dear friend (hope you are doing well, my perfect, beautiful Sweet Pea,) had my (cringe) 53rd birthday, and rejoined the GOP.

Funny. Hitting age 53 was a bummer. None of my other birthdays have bothered me. I think it's because I am working on getting divorced. Even though I am the one who wants to split, starting over at this age is daunting. Is there life after divorce (several times over) for an old broad like me?! More to the point, what about sex, dating, etc.? I'm not sure I remember how--to act on a date that is.

As for rejoining the GOP, I'm already thinking it was a mistake. I'll go into that in another post, but suffice to say I don't think the current members of the Republican Party want to change. We'll see how long I can last at windmill-tilting.

I really admire the work that you, Tom & Jackie, do. You are the salt of the earth.

Hopefully, I will not have to move out of state after this is all over. Probably depends on whether or not I can find a suitable roomie to share expenses with, so if anyone knows of any likely candidates, send them here!
