HOT! Flood uncovers the Lost Scrolls of the Bill of Rights!

The Malcom X Grassroots Movement (a "New Afrikan" rights organization) has issued some demands in keeping with information imparted by the Lost Scrolls:

• Right to Immunity for all black survivors charged and/or convicted of crimed of theft, property destruction, and assault. (a.k.a. the Right of Loot N' Shoot)
• The Right to Insurance Reimbursement (legitimate claims or otherwise and regardless of whether or not damages were covered by a policy that I may or may not have)
• The Right to an Income for Black Survivors provided by federal and state governments to ensure their overall wellbeing and that of their families and communities. (Self-evident,      no clarification needed)
• The Right to Education and Health Care. Black survivors have the inalienable right to free quality education and health care including counseling and psychological therapy.(And any and all freebies Sugar Daddy forgot to enumerate in his speech)
