Clergy to Expose ACLU Victimization of School Children

Just one more reason why I HATE THE ACLU...

Adams County is one of the poorest areas in Ohio with over 17% living in poverty, a nearly 8% unemployment rate and an adjusted per capita income of only $17,000. The ACLU takes in over $100 million each year and sits on top of nearly $180 million in income generating investments, meaning a low of $9 million in return. It is outrageous and obscene for a multi-million dollar corporation to pick the pockets of school children to add to their pot of gold.

ACLU Says Race Motivated SLED Background Checks

The ACLU is crying racism over the fact that Hurricane Katrina evacuees were run through background checks  in South Carolina, among other places. After all,  they're almost all Black and poor to boot. That's not only racist, it's discrimination against the poor.

But was it racially motivated or just good sense? Consider the mayhem the city was in  before troops arrived. Consider that New Orleans' murder rate  was over 7.5 times the national average in 2003 (1.8 times higher than St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield combined.)

Just what did South Carolina's State Law Enforcement Chief discover as a result of these background checks? Out of 547 people screened, 301 had criminal records, ranging from minor offenses to violent crimes--that's 55% of evacuees.

Once again, the ACLU is churning the waters of Lake Baseless.

The ACLU is bent out of shape because Mansfield Correctional Institution wants to transfer some death row inmates to another prison where they would have smaller cells.

ACLU of Ohio says no to United Way funds

At issue is a counterterrorism form the ACLU believes can be intrusive on individual liberties. The form requires agencies to comply with the U.S. Patriot Act by assuring they are not involved with anyone on a federal terrorism watch list.

Christians Reviving America's Values is asking Congress to investigate the ACLU's gaming of the legal system.

The never ceasing flow of litigation against cities, states, and the federal government is nothing more than fund-raising stunts. Many of the ACLU's victories come not because their complaint is just, but because the municipality budget is inadequate to match the abusive onslaught.

The ACLU is worried about cramping gang's style

The American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California has filed a motion asking that the Yolo County courts set aside an injunction targeting members of a West Sacramento street gang, saying it infringes on citizens' constitutional rights.

Residents who oppose the injunction complain that gang members can't go to family functions like children's birthday parties for fear of violating curfew.

The city of Flagler Beach is trying to tighten restrictions on sex offenders. "And that's a problem, according to the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida."

Pittsburgh Mayor Tom Murphy wants to implement a panhandling ordinance in parts of the city. Of course the local ACLU coven would think that was a problem. But ACLU attorney James McElroy insists the vote is meaningless.
